Classes are delivered in a safe, structured environment using Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo-based activities, tailored to individual needs and abilities.

  • Our 5-week program is designed to support participants in developing:

    • Confidence

    • Resilience

    • Emotional regulation

    • Positive relationships

    • Limited spots available – pre-booking required

    • 1-day free trial available

    • No experience required

    • You can choose to do 1 individual day or pack of 3 days 

      • 1 Day Pass: $60

      • 3 Day Pack: $150 (Originally: $180)

    • 10% Early Bird Discount (excludes free trial option), must be booked by 20th April

    • No refunds or make-up classes available within the term

  • Class 1: 9:00 – 9:30 AM

    Class 2: 9:45 – 10:15 AM

    Class 3: 10:30 – 11:00 AM

    • Individual Class (1:1)

    • Semi-Private Group (Max 3 participants)

    • Small Group Class (Max 5 participants)

What to Expect

Expect hands-on fun, supportive staff, and a mix of structured activities and open play. This is a space where campers can move, make, imagine, and grow.

Sample Schedule

  • Campers ease into the day with light games, creative prompts, and a welcome circle to set the tone.

  • Guided outdoor activities and free play to stretch, move, and soak up some fresh air.

  • Campers will be responsible for brining their own lunch, but we'll provide water and some additional snacks daily.

  • Hands-on time to explore the daily theme—whether it’s art, building, storytelling, or movement.

  • We'll end the day with a closing circle before campers head home for the evening.
