Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Program

5 week program

This is a 5-week Introductory Program for children. Classes are delivered in a safe, structured environment using Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo-based activities, tailored to individual needs and abilities. Classes run on every Saturday for 5 consecutive weeks.

Program starts from 9th May until 6th June 2026.

    • We only have limited spots available for each class. Pre-booking is required.

    • This is a beginner friendly program. No prior experience is required. All fitness levels welcome.

    • No refunds or make-up classes available within the term.

    • Please wear appropriate and comfortable sportswear.

    • Please avoid:

      • Baggy & loose clothes

      • Jeans

      • Pockets

      • Zippers

      • Skirts/Dresses

  • Every Saturday for 5 weeks

    • Class 1:
      9:00 – 9:30 AM

    • Class 2:
      9:45 – 10:15 AM

    • Class 3:
      10:30 – 11:00 AM

    • Individual Class (1:1)

    • Semi-Private Group (Max 3 participants)

    • Small Group Class (Max 5 participants)

    • You can choose either a single day pass or a 3-day pack.

      • 1 Day Pass: $60

      • 3 Day Pack: $150 (Originally: $180)
