Through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Judo, this wellbeing program is designed to build self-worth, strengthen relationships and support students in developing emotional regulation skills.

With a focus on mental health and a strong sense of belonging, students learn coping strategies and discover the benefits of being part of a positive and inclusive community.
